Baking Bread

Several months ago we started baking bread again at our house instead of purchasing it at the store.  A combination of our favorite bread usually being out at the bread store and also the fact that it takes a looong time to go moldy (what are they putting in it?) were good incentives.  One morning a week we bake enough bread to last for seven days -- for us that is about 7 loaves.  I have some very eager and helpful assistants.

I have to take pictures of the everyday to remind me how lucky I am.  These guys are a riot!
