Quote frame

As I was updating my quote frame the other day I knew I had to post on it. I love this quote frame! Thanks, Darcee, for instructing me on how to make one.

As I read inspired writings and a quote strikes me I will write it on the glass, and we keep this frame on the vanity in the kids' bathroom. I am grateful for another chance to pump my kids with good information when they are confronted with so much to the contrary.

If you want to make one, just get a picture frame, cut a light-colored scrapbook paper to the right size, stick it in your frame to make a pretty background and then write on the glass. I've found that regular markers don't work well, yet permanent markers stay put but will wipe off with a damp cloth and a little bit of elbow grease.

I love that idea Suzanne! A subtle (and adorable) way to poke a little more gospel into the kids. :)

For some reason I can't see the picture. . .

And funny thing. . .I posted about my quote board today too! Having one in the bathroom is a fantastic idea. I think rubbing alcohol should take off the permanent marker fairly easily.

I do the same thing either on the bathroom mirror or on the dry erase in the mud room. I like that idea though. I might have to do it as an inexpensive b-day gift or Christmas gift.
