Ah, home sweet home. This is our little castle, and it has treated us, oh so well. But our weeks and days in our beloved abode draw now to a close, and we bid a one-mile away farewell to an amazing neighborhood and loving friends for a new house that will shelter our growing family for the next good while.
And so we also say good-bye to our wonderful library, firepit, thriving trees and grape-covered arbor. We will start all again, and create the new house after much the same pattern of the old, albeit with fewer "maintenance" requiring features of the yard.
Hannah has decided she's ready to move now. "This house is so boring. I've lived here all of my life." Oh, the sage wisdom of a six-year old. I could happily stay here for the next thousand years, if they were as good as the last eight.

Hunter and Connor always say, "some day when we have a yard..." Hopefully someday!
